Hi, Iā€™m Courtney. Stressful and traumatic experiences impact our day-to-day lives in a variety of ways. These feelings can leave us feeling stuck and isolated. My passion is working alongside people who are seeking to heal from past trauma and manage all of the ways it is affecting their lives.

I use a client-centered, trauma-informed approach. This means that we will work together to address your concerns and determine how I can best support you in your journey. My primary and preferred therapeutic approach is Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Exposure and Response Therapy for OCD.
